Forget the wine - I'm a cheese lover, so that meal you had sounds fantastic! =)
The brie bake was amazing. A friend brought it over. It's just a wheel of brie wrapped inside pillsbury cresent rolls. Then baked. Then when you cut a wedge, you put it on a slice of green apple and let it TAAAAKE YOU AWAY!!!
